Founder Juan Carpio brings more than two decades of aviation experience to the work. As a former airline captain and instructor with more than 9,000 flight hours, he built Carpio Media on preparation, communication, precision, and sound judgment. He became an FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot in 2018 and expanded into FPV, photography, video, and real estate media.

That background makes a difference on every production. Whether we are filming a property, creating content for a brand, documenting a construction site, or supporting a broadcast crew, Juan is directly involved in location review, flight planning, piloting, photography, and creative direction.

Carpio Media has supported work for organizations including ABC and ESPN while staying rooted in the clients and neighborhoods that make New York special. We serve Queens, New York City, Long Island, Westchester, New Jersey, and Connecticut with the same focus, care, and professional standards.
